- The binary is free to everybody, especially universities and any educational
- institutions; by that I mean that, even if my employer started charging, I
- would try to convince them to allow schools to use it without charge. This
- reflects my personal bias; and, I have kids in school.

- The software is copyrighted, but you are free to use it without restriction
- and make it available on your campus via anon ftp, startup kits you make
- available to students and staff, diskettes of free software you give to your
- customers, pretty much any means besides commercial distribution. Basically,
- you got it from the Internet because of my efforts, and the efforts of my
- project manager who worked it through the lawyers; go for it!
